Here's what you need to know:

1. If you are feeling unwell please wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, there will be one at the clinic. Please continue to wear the mask for the duration of your time in the clinic. DO NOT remove it unless you are instructed to do so.

2. Please come alone if possible. If you cannot come alone, come with the minimal support required. This will help us to maintain appropriate spacing in our waiting room for other patients seeing the doctor.

3. You will be required to go through a short screening process at the front desk. Please answer these questions honestly. We want to protect our staff and patients in the safest manner.
